Vacation France; Les Parmeries Holiday Cottages Dordogne
Having spent the past 25 years in the luxury hospitality industry in Europe, the US, Middle East, and Asia, working with incredible people and amazing brands, Greg and Heather Ward decided it was time for a change and embarked on a two year search for something special. Having viewed multiple opportunities across many countries they discovered a 12 acre site known affectionately as Les Parmeries, tucked away down a long driveway in a magical location. Having found their perfect property, Greg and Heather then moved to the Dordogne Valley from Switzerland in 2022 and spent all of 2023 renovating and restoring Domaine Les Parmeries with a single purpose in mind, to provide an oasis of calm and relaxation with a true escape from the fast pace of life.
Following a year of renovations they are now delighted to offer three individually appointed cottages in France known as Gites, all with modern fully fitted kitchens and luxury bathrooms with their own outdoor space.
Each of the cottages can be individually booked for a minimum of seven nights. Alternatively a group of friends or family can benefit from an exclusive use experience taking over all three sleeping up to 12 guests. The exclusive use experience would also allow access for the group to the pizza oven (a fantastic evening experience) and bar area (called The Dog House), which has been created in a mini historic tower.
Other amenities for guests include a large heated swimming pool, assess to the entire 12 acre estate ideal for picnicking, exploring or simply relaxing under a tree or in a hammock.
Attractions nearby include canoe hire, bicycle hire, fishing, paragliding, hot air ballooning, food festivals, local town markets with hundreds of Chateau's and caves to explore.

Переглядів 252День тому
The VW Touareg is a smooth, comfortable, refined luxury SUV that comes loaded with clever technology and safety kit. Its a first class competitor in the luxury SUV market, thanks to a mix of solid build quality and premium materials. This latest third-generation Touareg arrived in 2018 and received a facelift in 2023.Touareg's are a great alternative to the Range Rover Sport and Land Rover Disco...
Hyundai i10 the big small car!
Переглядів 1,1 тис.28 днів тому
The Hyundai i10 is one of the best small cars you can buy. It feels far more spacious than its rivals and is reassuringly economical. There is a decent choice of engine sizes and power outputs as well as manual and auto gearboxes to choose from. Thankfully the latest Hyundai i10, is a micro city car still powered by something other than an electric motor. The car comes in just one body style, a...
Seat Leon with big pants on! Cupra Leon Review & Road Test
Переглядів 552Місяць тому
The Cupra Leon is the high-performance version of Seat's hugely popular small hatchback. It has a more powerful engine and more equipment than the standard car and makes a good alternative to the Ford Focus ST and Honda Civic Type R. There’s no mistaking the Leon Cupra from the outside, with its attractive alloy wheels and chunky body kit. Inside, it feels properly premium when compared to some...
Honda Jazz proves size doesn't matter
Переглядів 4,2 тис.Місяць тому
This is the fourth-generation Honda Jazz which has the ability to switch between petrol and electric power to improve efficiency, in much the same way as the Toyota Yaris does. The petrol-electric hybrid system uses two electric motors, powered by a compact battery, working alongside a punchy but economical 1.5-litre petrol engine. There’s only one engine choice with the Honda Jazz, a 1.5-litre...

Maserati Maestro; New Maserati Levante Trofeo Review & Road Test
Really helpful review which focused on the elements that are important to me. The Yaris Cross was on my shortlist and I think this has helped me make up my mind that this is going to be my next car.
Intro needs cutting down, but hands down the best Kia sportage review on UA-cam. Very informative, you go over points no one else does!!
Great video AJ can you do the Nissan Ariya soon ?
Outback the best car I have ever owned
I own and love F and M cars but it’s not a roma engine
You can get a 3 door
Es una bestia mejor que Mercedes y Bugatti
IMHO the digital dash looks awful.
Шикарная тачка вот умели же делать машины
Five words to describe the Qashqai .stay clear heap of crap.
Please don’t film against a bright backlit door! Unless you use strong indoor lighting to counterbalance the sunlight.😊
It is 220 Volt, not 12 Volt outlet in the trunk!
Legend 👍
Handbooks are not a waste of space. We don't all rely on the Internet to do things. Just look at volvo, no handbook and everything is available on their infotainment. So when yo want to do something to the car, you have to go sit in it. How ridiculous!
Pick mine up on Wednesday
Great review thanks.
Great video once again. The car is stunning. Not my cup of tea, I am more of a Cupra man, but still. Love the reviews. Always really thorough especially going through different trim levels
is it really affordable luxury? it starts at £69k and the audi q7 starts at 67.... Furthermore the q7 experiences less depreciation overtime and is well, an audi
Whichever you prefer. Both are affordable in their own right with the offerings and 2k extra when at that level of money isn’t going to be a deal breaker for those in the market
ЗИЛ 130 также работает!!!
Legal demais esse Mustang e top
Hey! The bonnet catch is not in the passenger side for the MLB platform in LHD it’s changed for each market. My friend has a German A5 :)
5 year warranty £1000 extra
Talking drvil
Beautiful car..... But those that know, know that this isn't the original Eleanor.
The revs aren’t going backwards because it’s a French car, Peugeot have designed the speedo and revs to contra-rotate. They turn toward each other. And it looks cool as tits. This guys a muppet
CD player ! Yay.
Spare tire is very necessary... especially for us who like going off road or very long distances where there could be no repairs garage... very necessary.. if it doesn't come with one... buying one is necessary.
Thank you for a very informative video,👌👍
Mit dem Angeberluxus habe ich es nicht so!!!!
My mechanic friend told me that you need to replace the battery every 2 years ! Expensive !
why so? Did he give any explanations? If you go to jazz forums, where people are using modern hybrid jazzes/fits for the past 3+ years, there are almost no complaints about batteries.
Your mechanic friend is talking bollocks, I have the jazz, 3 years trouble free motoring…so far
Thumbs down for noisy over long intro.
It's an excellent video .
The lower screen is a touchpad, on which you can for example write the address for the navigation system. You would rest your wrist on the shifter and write with your finger. Great for the “normal” driving side, using your right hand. But what about the British people? Y’all left handed?
Home electricity price is surprisingly low. But the public charger are way too expensive.
Thanks for your efforts
I think it's renult fluance .. specially from side view
Good honest review, cheers
A modern icon. No mistake.
It’s like watching an Onion yapping.😢
this guy doesnt know his shit, you cant ditch the tire repair kit, no run flat available for the i3/s
Just bought Kia Soul Maxx this review was the one that made my mind up to go electric. Thanks so much for a superb review keep up the good work.
i bet it uses a bmw engine that is just turboed
Originally Skoda was making luxury and sports cars many, many years before Hitler created VW
Top!
20th may 2024, you didn,t say anything about the 6 gears stick, and reversing. But good video.
'Promo SM' 😱
This isn’t even aimed at builders……
Sound like somebody ran the piss out of that car..
Excellent review. A Big plus for me between Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tuscan, is the rear lane changing indicator. Its much higher than the Tuscan. Well done 🎉 Kia. I'll have a lot more friendly riders around me, knowing where I intend going. 😊
I have had one a year now and the only thing the D A B Radio is so annoying I have had my three previous cars with dab have been perfect but this Sportage is a joke.
